Analyzes your recent Claude Code chat history to identify coding patterns, development gaps, and areas for improvement, curates relevant learning resources from HackerNews, and automatically sends a personalized growth report to your Slack DMs.

What this skill does

1. 1Reads your local Claude Code chat history from the past 24-48 hours to extract the actual problems, technologies, and struggles from recent work.
2. 2Identifies 3-5 specific, evidence-based improvement areas — not generic advice, but gaps grounded in what you repeatedly struggled with.
3. 3Searches HackerNews for high-quality articles directly relevant to each identified gap and assembles a curated reading list.
4. 4Generates a structured growth report with work summary, prioritized improvement areas, strengths, and time-to-skill-up estimates.
5. 5Sends the complete report to your Slack DMs via Rube MCP for persistent reference throughout the week.
