What this skill does
- 1Answers the four core CMO questions — who you're for, why they choose you, how they find you, and whether it's working — using channel-level CAC, LTV:CAC, pipeline contribution, and payback period as the primary metrics.
- 2Selects and configures the right growth model (PLG, sales-led, community-led, or hybrid) based on ACV, ICP, and activation data, and maps the model to the right team structure.
- 3Allocates marketing budget from the revenue target backward: new customers needed, conversion rates by stage, MQLs required, and spend by channel based on CAC targets.
- 4Runs two Python tools — a budget modeler projecting MQL output by channel and scenario, and a growth model simulator projecting MRR by model and channel mix.
When to use
- CAC has been rising quarter over quarter and you need to diagnose whether it's a channel efficiency problem or a lead quality problem.
- Marketing and sales disagree on what an MQL is and pipeline attribution is unclear.
- You're entering a new market and need to validate the ICP, estimate budget, and select the right growth motion.
- You need to present pipeline contribution by channel at the next board meeting and the current reporting doesn't break it down.
