What this skill does

  1. 1Answers the four core CMO questions — who you're for, why they choose you, how they find you, and whether it's working — using channel-level CAC, LTV:CAC, pipeline contribution, and payback period as the primary metrics.
  2. 2Selects and configures the right growth model (PLG, sales-led, community-led, or hybrid) based on ACV, ICP, and activation data, and maps the model to the right team structure.
  3. 3Allocates marketing budget from the revenue target backward: new customers needed, conversion rates by stage, MQLs required, and spend by channel based on CAC targets.
  4. 4Runs two Python tools — a budget modeler projecting MQL output by channel and scenario, and a growth model simulator projecting MRR by model and channel mix.

When to use
