What this skill does

1. 1Conducts a structured 45-minute founder interview across seven dimensions: identity, stage, founder profile, team, market, current challenges, and goals.
2. 2Probes for blind spots, avoided decisions, and the gap between stated values and actual culture with specific follow-up questions.
3. 3Generates a populated company-context.md file used by all C-suite advisor skills, with every section filled and unknowns marked explicitly.
4. 4Runs a 15-minute quarterly refresh that updates only what has changed since the last session.
5. 5Stores context in a single canonical location so every downstream advisor skill works from the same source of truth.

When to use
